Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls using active listening skills and assessing customer needs
- Provide exceptional quality service with every interaction
- Perform activations, technical support, billing questions, device issues to resolution
- Stay current with Conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of wireless customer service highly preferred
- Excellent attendance performance. Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Strong technical knowledge with cell phone devices to troubleshoot issues
- Experience with telecom billing, MVNO provisioning, data usage limits preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office
- Flexible with schedule including working evenings and/or Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
- High School Degree with some college/Associates Degree preferred
Successful completion of drug screen testing and or background check and or reference check.
