Patriot Mobile, LLC ("Patriot")is offering the sale of the "Charlie Kirk/Freedom" t-shirts to benefit Turning Point USA ("Turning Point"). The purpose of this t-shirt sale is to raise funds for Turning Point USA to support the mission of its Founder and Former President, Charlie Kirk.
The purchaser of the "Charlie Kirk/Freedom" t-shirt agrees as part of these Terms and Conditions that they will not resell the t-shirt for profit. Orders are limited to 10 t-shirts per person.
*All "Proceeds" from the sale of these "Charlie Kirk/Freedom" t-shirts by Patriot will benefit Turning Point. "Proceeds" are defined as the total revenue from the sale of t-shirts minus all associated expenses. Expenses include, but are not limited to, the cost of the t-shirts, printing fees, transaction fees, and shipping costs.
Patriot and Turning Point agree to the transparency of this sale of the "Charlie Kirk/Freedom" t-shirts. The t-shirts are available for a limited time only and will run from Monday, October 13 until supplies last.
Product details: The t-shirts are only available in the sizes and colors specified on this product page.
No returns or exchanges: Due to the nature of fundraising and custom products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or other reasons.
Shipping and fulfillment: All t-shirts will be shipped with a 7-10 day estimated delivery date after the order.
Use of organization's founder's likeness:Patriot has secured permission from Turning Point to use its founder's name and likeness in connection with this fundraising campaign. The use of the name and likeness branding is for promotional and fundraising purposes only and does not imply endorsement of any other products or services.
