The customer service that they have is outstanding, they definitely care about their customers and providing them with good business. I was with a mobile service for over 20 years and that was one of the reasons why I left, No appreciation whatsoever. I was with my previous carrier for 20 years, never used another cellular provider for the entire time I've had a cellular phone. I first heard about Patriot Mobile through the NRA. It was a difficult choice to leave my previous carrier as I've always had adequate service and coverage, but the cost had reached a tipping point for me. After setting up the account, and a full month on Patriot Mobile's network, all I can say is that I am an idiot for not switching sooner. The customer service people are in Texas, not India and I can actually have a conversation with them, which is particularly pleasing when you have problems to solve. My hard-earned money is supporting conservative causes that are important to me. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away, look at the details, most were never actually even customers. Patriot Mobile is the real deal. No mystery charges on my bill, friendly customer service people who speak fluent English, save a bunch of money while supporting conservative values. Perfect.
