Founded by Senator Jason Rapert (AR-R), the NACL’s mission is to bring lawmakers together in support of clear Biblical principles. They meet regularly to discuss and debate major issues, propose model statutes, ordinances and resolutions for introduction in jurisdictions to address major policy concerns from a Biblical worldview.

Sen. Rapert has extensive business experience as a small business owner, licensed financial advisor and insurance agent. Throughout his career he has worked for regional and national investment firms and built his own business in Conway, Arkansas. He consults private clients through his firm Providence Financial Group, Inc., and continues to touch the world through Christian ministry as founder and president of Holy Ghost Ministries.
