Patriot Mobile has enjoyed a successful debut year in the world of racing sports.
In addition to our sponsorship of driver JJ Yeley, who has competed in the Patriot Mobile car at several NASCAR races, we take pride in supporting drivers in other motorsports who may not enjoy the same level of recognition.
This year, we’re proudly sponsoring the Patriot IROC car driven by Rallycross driver, Wade May, in the North Texas Rallycross circuit. The rookie driver currently sits at the top of the points total with only two races remaining in the season.
Wade May and his mechanic, Harlen Edwards, spent months rebuilding the 1988 IROC-Z Camaro that is now known as the Patriot IROC. While the financial barriers to entry for this sport are low, the cost of turning a stock car into a highly competitive racing machine can be quite high. Patriot Mobile stepped in to support the team’s efforts, allowing them to acquire the parts and modifications to maximize the car’s competitiveness. Additionally, we proudly wrapped the car in our distinctive Patriot Mobile eagle-themed design.
With the support of his team and the sponsorship of Patriot Mobile, May honed his skills and pushed the limits of his racing abilities, making their mark in the local North Texas circuit.

As the rallycross season has progressed, May’s performance has consistently improved. With only two races remaining in the season, May is currently tied for first place in point totals. As the season ends, we eagerly await to see if May can clinch a championship title in his first year.
Join May, Edwards, and the Patriot IROC at the Texas Motor Speedway on September 23 and 24 for the NASCAR Playoffs race weekend. The Patriot IROC will be on display at the Patriot Mobile booth so come on out, see the car, and meet the drivers in the FanZone near Gate 6!
