What to know before you trade in

- Eligible participants must be 18 or older and reside in the US
- Cancel anytime before shipping. Once the device is sent, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Our partner evaluates the final trade‑in value after inspection. If it differs from the quote, you’ll get a revised offer. Accept it or request device return at no charge.
- Remove your SIM card before shipping—it won’t be returned and will be destroyed for data security.
- Only one device per transaction; you may start multiple trade‑ins successively.
- Trade‑in value depends on model, lock status, and condition.
- Lost or stolen devices will not be accepted.
