As America celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, we face a sobering reality: the freedoms we inherited are not guaranteed.
America, and the Constitutional freedoms we enjoy, are under attack.
The Democrat Socialists and Islamists, often called the Red/Green Alliance, are increasingly working together to reshape America. On June 23rd, we saw the results when three radical Democrat Socialists won their New York primaries with the support of Zohran Mamdani, NYC’s first socialist Muslim mayor.
Millions of illegal immigrants entered the country while political leaders refused to secure the border. An aggressive Islamic takeover is occurring even in once-red strongholds like Texas and Florida. Leftist leaders have plunged many cities into crime, homelessness, and disorder.
Major institutions are pushing dangerous transgender ideologies and celebrating the mutilation of children. Socialist and Marxist ideas are gaining traction among younger generations indoctrinated to hate America.
Christians see these realities and worry about what kind of nation their children will inherit.
Yet there is a troubling contradiction. Millions of Christians remain absent from the very process that could help change our nation’s direction. According to researcher George Barna, approximately half of Christians are not registered to vote. Of those who are registered, only about half actually cast a ballot. In practical terms, Socialist only 25% of Christians vote! Many U.S. cities in recent elections saw Muslim turnout exceeding 90%!
The Red/Green Alliance is organized, well-funded, and motivated. Will Christians show up?
America’s 250th Anniversary Is a Call to Action
This anniversary is a reminder of our responsibility. What would our Founding Fathers say about such indifference?
These men pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to establish a nation founded on liberty and self-government. What would the Pilgrims, who crossed an ocean in search of religious freedom, think of Christians unwilling to take the time to vote?
America remains one of the greatest political achievements in human history. Founded on Biblical principles of human dignity, individual liberty, and limited government, our nation has produced unprecedented freedom and opportunity for 250 years. Generations have sacrificed their blood, sweat, tears, and treasure to build and defend this inheritance. The question facing Christians today is not whether America is worth saving. The question is whether we are willing to do our part to preserve it.
"America's 250th anniversary is more than a celebration of our past; it's a reminder of our responsibility to preserve the freedoms entrusted to us. Voting remains one of the most important ways citizens participate in self-government."
