Patriot Mobile Celebrates America’s Heritage at Moms for Liberty’s Ellis Island Event

Patriot Mobile proudly attended and sponsored the livestream of Moms for Liberty’s Sea to Shining Sea: Celebrating America 250 event, held on the historic grounds of Ellis Island in New York Harbor. Set against the backdrop of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline, the event brought together leaders, families, and patriots from across the nation to honor America’s past and look ahead to its future.

As part of the broader Freedom 250 initiative, the evening marked both the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States and a renewed commitment to the principles that define the nation. Ellis Island, where more than 12 million immigrants began their American journey, served as a powerful symbol of opportunity, freedom, and the enduring promise of the American Dream.

Through Patriot Mobile’s sponsorship of the Real America’s Voice livestream, viewers across the country were able to take part in this historic evening. The broadcast highlighted Ellis Island as the gateway where millions pursued the American Dream and where nearly 40 percent of Americans can trace their ancestry.

Guests on the ground enjoyed exclusive access to exhibits and artifacts from the American Journey Experience museum, a worship service, and a fireworks display over New York Harbor. The evening honored the generations who built this country and inspire those who will shape its future.

Throughout the evening, speakers reflected on the sacrifices that built America and the responsibility future generations have to preserve it. Moms for Liberty Co-Founder Tina Descovich reminded attendees that “250 years ago, our founding fathers sacrificed everything for liberty,” adding that “now it’s our responsibility to continue that fight. And the fight looks different than it did 250 years ago.”

The program also highlighted the foundational role faith played in shaping the nation. Historian David Barton shared that “the number one most cited source by the Founding Fathers was the Bible,” noting that Scripture was cited “four times more than any other document” and calling it “the basis of why we’ve been a different nation for over 250 years.”

One of the evening’s most powerful moments came from Glenn Beck, who brought history to life through personal storytelling. Beck recounted the story of President Donald Trump’s mother, Mary Anne McLeod, who arrived in the United States at just 18 years old and worked as a maid after immigrating. As Beck described it, she came to America “not chasing fame or riches or power… she came just for the opportunity.” Her story, connected to the millions who passed through Ellis Island, reinforced the evening’s central message: America’s strength has always come from individuals willing to pursue freedom, embrace responsibility, and contribute to something greater than themselves. “There is no other country in the world, on God’s green earth,” Beck said, “where a woman can come here like that and in one generation her son leads the entire world.”

The American Dream, the evening made clear, is not simply inherited — it is built, protected, and passed on.
