Patriot Mobile was honored to co-sponsor the Fox Nation Patriot Awards on December 5 at the Tilles Center for Performing Arts in Brookville, N.Y. This inspiring event celebrates America’s patriots, including military veterans, first responders, and other everyday heroes whose stories of bravery and service embody the spirit of our nation.
This year’s event, hosted by Fox News’ Sean Hannity, featured unforgettable moments, including President-elect Donald Trump receiving the prestigious “Patriot of the Year” award. In his acceptance speech, President Trump shared his vision for the nation’s future, reaffirming his commitment to addressing immigration, bolstering the economy, and ensuring national security. “We’re going to do something that I’ve been talking about for eight years,” he declared. “We have to do it again. We’re going to make America great again.”
Another stirring highlight of the evening was the recognition of the UNC fraternity brothers who courageously defended the American flag against a mob of anti-Israel, pro-Hamas demonstrators trying to tear it down. Their actions were a vivid reminder of the patriotism and bravery that unite us as Americans.
Patriot Mobile’s Founder and CEO, Glenn Story, had the honor of speaking at the event, and thanked the UNC fraternity brothers on stage for protecting the flag. Mr. Story shared why Patriot Mobile sponsored the event and paid a heartfelt tribute to his father, a World War II veteran. Holding the American flag that once draped his father’s casket, Story shared its profound significance.
“I’ll never forget that day,” Story reflected. “When they draped it over his casket and lowered it into the ground, I thought, ‘What does this flag represent?’ It represents the freedom that every one of these military and first responders fought for… They put their lives on the line.”
The following morning, Story joined Fox & Friends to discuss the values that set Patriot Mobile apart. “That’s really why you come to Patriot Mobile,” he explained. “We put God first. He’s at the helm of our business, and we are His stewards. Beyond that, we carve out a portion of every dollar and donate it to one of four causes: the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the right to life, and our military and first responders.”
Story also highlighted one of Patriot Mobile’s cherished causes, the F.L.A.G. Program, which teaches children from kindergarten and up how to properly fly, lower, and gather the American flag. Not only do they teach how to honor and respect the flag, but the children also send thousands of letters to active duty military. “We love organizations that make a difference,” he said.
Standing among so many patriots at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards was a humbling experience.
