Patriot Mobile Honors America’s Fallen Soldiers with Wreaths Across America

On December 12-13, Patriot Mobile proudly partnered with the Bennett Family of Companies to sponsor Wreaths Across America at Andersonville National Cemetery in Andersonville, Georgia. Wreaths Across America is a powerful annual initiative that honors fallen U.S. military service members by placing wreaths on their graves during the holiday season.

As part of the All Warriors Remembered Convoy, Bennett team members travelled to Maine to pick up the wreaths before returning to Bennett headquarters. From there, Patriot Mobile staff joined Bennett for a prayer meeting and convoy send-off to Andersonville National Cemetery to pay tribute to America’s fallen heroes with gratitude and reverence.

At the heart of Wreaths Across America is an unwavering mission:

  1. Remember the fallen
  2. Honor those who serve
  3. Teach the next generation the value of freedom

One of the trucks transporting the wreaths was beautifully wrapped in a patriotic Patriot Mobile–themed design, honoring the sacrifice of America’s heroes. “Patriot Mobile has been a big supporter this year of Wreaths Across America and Andersonville National Cemetery. This was a really cool trailer to honor our fallen veterans and their families,” said David Lowry, CEO of Bennett’s Transportation Group, expressing gratitude for Patriot Mobile’s support. The truck was driven by Boyd Ivy, an 85-year-old professional truck driver who continues to operate big rigs daily for Bennett’s aerospace transportation business. The dedication of their team exemplifies the enduring spirit that the Bennett Family of Companies represents.

Bennett has proudly sponsored this event for nine consecutive years, helping ensure that every participating cemetery receives wreaths and that the stories of America’s veterans continue to be recognized and remembered.

At Andersonville National Cemetery, Patriot Mobile team members joined fellow volunteers to prepare and respectfully place wreaths on every grave, ensuring that no hero was forgotten. In total, 20,900 wreaths were placed to honor fallen service members at Andersonville alone. Additionally, more than 3 million wreaths were laid at over 5,000 cemeteries across America.

“Patriot Mobile was honored to play a part in this weekend’s meaningful event,” said Jerry Johnson, Patriot Mobile Ambassador, who participated in the weekend’s event. “Two impressions stood out to me from this experience. First was an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the ultimate sacrifice these veterans made for our freedom—especially seeing the thousands of names on tombstones, many marked ‘Unknown.’ Second, their example of service is a powerful reminder that freedom isn’t free and calls all of us to give more. This is what Patriot Mobile is all about.”

In addition to Andersonville, 24 Patriot Mobile team members volunteered in Texas at Grapevine Cemetery and Tyler Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery for local Wreaths Across America events. We are grateful to have so many patriotic employees who recognize the sacrifices made for our freedom and step forward to honor America’s heroes.
