This holiday season, Patriot Mobile had the honor of partnering with Embrace Grace for a meaningful, hands-on volunteer event dedicated to blessing single and pregnant young women. With dozens of volunteers—including Patriot Mobile team members, local families, and supporters from across the Dallas-Fort Worth community—we assembled hundreds of Love Boxes filled with hope, encouragement, and the message of LIFE. These special gifts are designed to reach women facing unexpected pregnancies with compassion, truth, and the love of Christ.
The Pro-Life, Pro-Love Movement in Action
Amy Ford, Founder and President of Embrace Grace, opened the event by sharing the powerful heart behind this life-changing ministry. She explained that Embrace Grace equips churches around the nation to support young women walking through unexpected pregnancies so that the church becomes the first place they run to, not the last. Embrace Grace currently has more than 1,200 support groups in all 50 states.
“We call this a pro-love movement,” Ford said. “Pro-life is a belief, but pro-love is where action happens. Scripture tells us it’s God’s kindness that leads us to repentance. When these moms join an Embrace Grace group, they meet other girls going through similar situations, they’re welcomed into a spiritual family, and they experience what it feels like to be loved by the church.”
As she described the contents of each Love Box— a journal, onesie, the A Bump in Life storybook, a handwritten “Dear Brave Girl” letter, and an invitation to local support groups—Amy reminded volunteers that these boxes are often given at the very moment a young woman learns she is pregnant. Many receive them at local pregnancy centers, often overwhelmed and unsure of their future.
“These boxes speak life,” she shared. “They help her see that her baby isn’t a burden—but a miracle. And just because this baby was unplanned by her, this baby is planned by God.”
Patriot Mobile’s Heart for Young Pregnant Women
Representing Patriot Mobile, Danielle Buck, VP of Strategic Partnerships, welcomed the crowd and thanked them for giving their Saturday to serve vulnerable mothers.
“As a representative of Patriot Mobile, I’m just honored that you’re here with us to help these future moms,” Danielle said. “This is why Patriot Mobile does what we do—to give back to groups like Embrace Grace. When you write a Dear Brave Girl letter, pray over a box, or help assemble these gifts, God can use your words to help a woman choose life.”
Danielle also noted how Patriot Mobile members, simply by choosing a phone carrier aligned with their values, support pro-life, pro-family, and pro-faith causes like Embrace Grace. “We stand in the gap with the pro-life, pro-love community,” she said.
As Ford shared, “We’re so thankful for our partnership with Patriot Mobile—they sow into Embrace Grace and help us have the impact that we have.”
Assembly lines formed around the room as volunteers worked side by side packing Love Boxes—folding onesies, tying ribbons, packing books, and writing heartfelt letters. That day, we packed and prayed over more than 2,100 love boxes, asking God to touch the hearts of every young mother who would receive one.
Jenny Story, Chief Operating Officer, who also joined the assembly lines to make boxes, said their goal was to save 1,000 babies that day. “When I learned we had already made over 1,000 boxes in the first session, my heart just swelled. I knew right then that we had it in us to double it,” she said. “Watching everyone come together with such passion—and actually surpass 2,000 Love Boxes—was something truly special to witness and be a part of.”
