October 28 – Patriot Mobile was honored to serve as a Cultivating Life Sponsor for the Council for Life’s “Celebrating Life Luncheon” in Dallas, Texas, an inspiring event dedicated to empowering women, men, and youth to make life-affirming choices. For over two decades, Council for Life has championed the cause of the unborn, educating communities about their humanity while raising crucial funds for agencies that support vulnerable mothers and their babies.
This year, the Council for Life has made a remarkable impact, providing $1.5 million to 26 beneficiaries—organizations at the forefront of life-affirming work. Among this year’s beneficiaries are Embrace Grace, Students for Life, Buckner Children and Family Services, Thrive Women’s Clinic, and many more. Each of these organizations plays a vital role in supporting women, children, and families, ensuring that every life has the opportunity to flourish.
The luncheon featured a powerful performance by Christian singer Ellie Holcomb, who moved the audience with her heartfelt songs, including the poignant “Where Can I Go – Psalm 139.” The event also welcomed Pastor Greg Laurie, senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship, who delivered an impactful message about the value of every life. Reflecting on his own story, Pastor Laurie shared, “When we talk about the unborn, I could have been an abortion statistic. My mother was not married when I was conceived… I was not planned by her. My life was planned by God. Every child should be given that right to live their life.”
Pastor Laurie’s words resonated deeply with attendees, reminding us that every individual is deliberately planned and lovingly positioned on this earth for a purpose. This message of hope and affirmation is at the core of what Council for Life stands for.
