Terms and Conditions for Joyful Warriors Patriot Mobile Apple AirPod Generation 2 Sweepstakes

Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from August 29, 2024, to September 1, 2024, or while supplies last. Patriot Mobile, America’s only Christian conservative cell phone company (the “Sponsor” or “Patriot Mobile”) 2024 Joyful Warriors Patriot Mobile Apple AirPod Generation 2 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all individuals over the age of 21 and who are legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry (the “Eligibility Area”). Do not enter the Sweepstakes if you are not located in, and a legal resident of, the Eligibility Area.
Eligibility: To qualify, participants must complete the landing page form with accurate contact information during the specified date range. Sponsor’s IT systems is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sweepstakes is hosted on the Patriot Mobile website located at patriotmobile.com/joyfulwarriors (the “Site), which is owned and operated by Patriot Mobile. You will be entering your information on the site.
Selection of Winner: Sponsor will select (i) one (1) winner on August 30, 2024 at 4 p.m. Eastern Time, (ii) one (1) winner on August 31, 2024 at 4 p.m. Eastern Time, (collectively, the “Winners”) from random drawings from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each drawing will occur at the close of the Sponsor’s booth each day. Winners do not need to be present at the Sponsor’s booth at the time of drawing to be eligible. The decisions and actions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. The Winners will be notified via email and/or by text at the email address and/or by phone number previously provided to Sponsor. Each Winner must possess and present a valid form of picture identification showing an appropriate birth date that is acceptable to Sponsor for verification before the Prize is awarded. Prizes will be mailed to the winners if not picked up by the winner at the Patriot booth.
Rights Granted to Sponsor; Publicity: By participating, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Each Winner also agrees that their name and Prize value may be made public by Sponsor.
Offer Details: Eligible winners will receive a free pair of Apple AirPods Gen 2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. You may not enter more times than allowed by using multiple email addresses. Two (2) pairs of Apple AirPods will be given, one to each of the two random names drawn from the entries submitted. One winner will be chosen on August 30, 2024, and one winner on August 31, 2024.
All Prizes are awarded “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. No substitutions of Prizes are permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal or greater value. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SUCH WINNER. The Winner of a Prize may be issued an IRS Form 1099 which documents the value of the Prize for tax purposes.
