Terms and Conditions for “Liberty Phone Promo” – Free Samsung Galaxy A17 128GB
The LIBERTYA16 promotion is available to new Patriot Mobile customers who activate a new line of service on a qualifying rate plan of 6GB or higher and agree to a 24-month service commitment. Eligible customers will receive a complimentary Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, 128GB device, subject to the terms below.
Service Commitment Requirement
Participation in this promotion requires a 24-month service contract on the qualifying new line. Early cancellation or termination of service prior to completion of the 24-month term will result in applicable early termination charges as described below.
Device Installment & Bill Credits
The promotional device will be financed through 24 equal monthly installment charges. Customers will receive a corresponding monthly bill credit to offset each installment charge during the 24-month promotional period, provided the account remains active and in good standing. If service is canceled, suspended, or terminated prior to completion of the 24-month term, any remaining unpaid device balance will become immediately due, and an early termination fee of $250 will apply.
Device Protection Requirement
Enrollment in Patriot Care Essential device protection is required to participate in this promotion. Customers must maintain Patriot Care Essential for the full 24-month term. Patriot Care Essential will be billed as an additional monthly charge. Customers may upgrade to Total Protection at any time, which includes loss and stolen coverage.
Taxes & Fees

3. LIBERTY200OFF – Terms & Conditions
The LIBERTY200OFF promotion is available to new Patriot Mobile customers who activate a new line of service on a qualifying 12GB or higher rate plan and agree to a 24-month service commitment. To qualify for the $200 promotional credit, the customer must purchase a device from Patriot Mobile with a minimum retail value of $450.
Device Protection Requirement
This promotion also requires that you enroll in Patriot Care Essential device protection, at a minimum. You agree to keep Patriot Care Essential for the full 24-month contract term, which will result in an additional charge on your monthly bill. You may upgrade to Total Protection at any time, which includes loss and stolen coverage.
Statement Credit Eligibility & Application
A $200 statement credit will be applied to your account after 30 days of active service and one successful AutoPay payment. The statement credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or returned to any form of payment.
