The WEREMEMBER Promotion is available for a limited time, May 20 through May 31, or as supplies last, to new Patriot Mobile customers who activate a line of service on a qualifying rate plan of 12GB or higher and agree to a 24-month service commitment. Eligible customers will receive a complimentary Samsung Galaxy A17 5G, 128GB device and a FREE Month of Service (first month free, no taxes or fees) subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Service Commitment Requirement: Participation in this promotion requires a 24-month service contract on the qualifying new line. Early cancellation or termination of service prior to completion of the 24-month term will result in applicable early termination fee as described below.
Device Installment & Promotional Bill Credits: The promotional device will be financed through 24 equal monthly installment charges. A corresponding monthly bill credit will be applied each month to offset the device installment charge, provided the account remains active and in good standing. If service is canceled, suspended, or terminated before the end of the 24-month term, any remaining unpaid device balance will become immediately due, and an early termination fee of $250 will apply.
Device Protection Requirement: Enrollment in Patriot Care Essential device protection is required to qualify for this promotion. Customer agrees to maintain Patriot Care Essential for the full 24-month contract term. Patriot Care Essential will be billed as an additional monthly charge. Customers may upgrade to Total Protection at any time, which includes loss and stolen coverage.
Taxes: Customers are responsible for applicable taxes on the full retail value of the device, (MSRP $189), which will be billed in equal installments over the 24-month period. After the first month free, customers are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with their designated service plan.
One Time Fees Due at Checkout: A one-time $30 activation fee is due at checkout. A SIM card fee applies per line: $10 for a physical SIM card and $1 for an eSIM.
