Patriot Mobile Proudly Supports Mercury One Charity

In a time when unity and hope are needed more than ever, Patriot Mobile is proud to support Mercury One Charity, a remarkable non-profit organization committed to restoring the human spirit. Founded in 2011 by radio host and author Glenn Beck, Mercury One seeks to do good by encouraging dependence on God, providing humanitarian aid, preserving our American heritage, and empowering all to stand for truth.

On October 14, Mercury One Charity hosted ‘A Night of Hope’ featuring Glenn Beck with Patriot Mobile proudly stepping in as the event’s title sponsor. The inspiring evening brought together Americans from around the nation to celebrate the power of hope, unity, and philanthropy.

“Hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, children at the border, persecuted Christians in the Middle East, and human trafficking in our backyard are just a few of the disasters we’ve faced, and in each case, you’ve helped us run toward them,” said Glenn Beck.

Mercury One has been on the frontlines of humanitarian efforts, providing aid and support to people in need across the globe affected by natural disasters and conflicts. In the last year, Mercury One raised over $281,000 to provide humanitarian aid in Turkey after devastating earthquakes. The organization extended its support to seven U.S. states impacted by tornadoes and helped restore Florida communities affected by Hurricane Idalia. In response to the Maui wildfires, the non-profit raised over $1.79 million to aid in disaster relief and provide essential mental health counseling for the affected residents.

The American Journey Experience (AJE), Mercury One’s educational branch, has engaged, inspired, enlightened, and educated over 13,000 individuals through exhibits, seminars, conferences, and national events. Understanding the importance of equipping people with the truth, the AJE houses a collection of over 160,000 historical artifacts from Columbus to the Space Race, telling of America’s darkest hours and highest glories in a manner never before experienced. AJE offered its first-ever traveling museum this year in Saint George, Utah, inviting Americans to experience history through its unique collection.

The Nazarene Fund, an organization established by Mercury One, exists to liberate the captive, to free the enslaved, and to rescue, rebuild, and restore the lives of Christians and other persecuted religious and ethnic minorities wherever and whenever they are in need. Similar to its pivotal role in evacuating Americans from Afghanistan two years ago, the organization is again answering the desperate call for assistance in the Middle East. In response to the surprise Hamas terrorist attack in Israel, the most devastating act of violence against Jews on a single day since the Holocaust, Mercury One is stepping in to facilitate the evacuation of Americans and provide critical humanitarian aid. Their dedicated supporters have already raised over $1.5 million for this noble cause. Last week, Mercury One dispatched its first plane to Israel, successfully rescuing 280 individuals who have safely landed in the United States!

At the event every year, Mercury One awards a special individual with the prestigious Bonhoeffer “Angel” Award, acknowledging those who have lifted the human spirit. Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a courageous German pastor who was martyred for standing up against the Nazi regime during World War II. The award is guided by the famous words attributed to Bonhoeffer, “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

Suzanne Grishman, Executive Director of Mercury One, presented this year’s award to international speaker, activist, and filmmaker, Jaco Booyens. For more than two decades, Booyens has committed his life to combatting the worldwide issue of human and sex trafficking on multiple fronts. He is a respected voice within the anti-sex trafficking community, engaged in reforming legislation to safeguard victims, regularly providing his expertise to both Congress and state governments. He has created films to raise awareness about this global crisis and is actively involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of victims within the human trafficking industry.

Patriot Mobile has proudly partnered with Mercury One on various joint initiatives throughout the last year. Notably, we joined forces with Mercury One and Jaco Booyens Ministries for Renewal at the Border, a humanitarian event aimed at providing support to the border community and inspiring hope at the Texas border. Additionally, we co-sponsored the Equip and Educate event series, where our guest speakers, Tim and David Barton shed light on the history and current state of public schools. Moreover, we participated in a heartwarming volunteer event with Embrace Grace, where we assembled “love boxes” for expectant mothers.

Mercury One stands as a shining example of those serving as the hands and feet of Jesus. Patriot Mobile is honored to support its incredible work creating positive change, serving those in need, and fostering hope in challenging times.
