  3. Once logged in, look for the Pay It Forward tab on the left-hand side of your portal.
  4. Click the Pay It Forward tab and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and activate the special offer.

Here’s How it Works

Prepay for 12 months of service and you will receive a credit equal to the amount you paid forward (“PayForward Credit”) PLUS another credit equal to two months of service at your current plan charges (“2 Months FREE Credit”).

  • You can prepay for 12 months either by account or by individual line.
  • The PayForward Credit and 2 Months FREE Credit can only be used to offset your monthly recurring service charges with Patriot Mobile.
  • If you leave before the 12 months, you will only receive a refund of your remaining PayForward Credit balance which will be used first to apply to any recurring service charges.
  • You will not receive a refund equal to the 2 Months FREE Credit balance as that may only be applied to offsetting the cost of service with Patriot Mobile.
  • Offers may change without notice, and they cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • In order to receive the 2 Months FREE Credit, you must pay 12 months of service charges upfront based on your current plan charges. You will receive a PayForward Credit equal to the amount of this payment and another credit equal to two months of service at your current plan charges (“2 Months FREE Credit”), together referred as Credits.  
  • If you upgrade a plan or add a line during the 12-month period, you will consume your PayForward Credit balance before the 12-month period and will be responsible for the incremental charges.
  • You may prepay the 12 months of service charges by account or by line of service. In the event a customer prepays by line of service, the Credits’ balances will be applied to the service charges on the entire account rather than to the respective line of service. Therefore, if you do not prepay on all lines of service on an account, the PayForward Credit balance will run out before the 12-month period as the Credit will be applied to actual charges on the entire account. Once the PayForward Credit balance is fully applied to your service charges, then the 2 Months FREE Credit balance will be applied to service charges until fully used.
  • Any charges incurred on your plan in excess of your existing recurring service plan charges will be applied first towards the PayForward Credit balance and then the 2 Months Free Credit balance.
  • Service Charges are comprised of plan prices, fees, taxes and any surcharges.
  • The Credit balances can only be used towards recurring monthly service charges and cannot be applied or used towards the purchase of devices, tablets or accessories.
  • Pricing, promotions, terms, and restrictions subject to change and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Offers not valid with prior purchases, returns or exchanges. Cannot be combined with other offers.
