The “Referral Rewards Program” is open to all members of Patriot Mobile. The Program begins Tuesday. May 13^th, 2025 (“Launch Date”) and gives members the opportunity to promote Patriot Mobile to friends and family and earn Referral Rewards equal to $100.  

There is no limit on the number of Referral Rewards a member can earn (see Terms and Conditions below). Here are the details of the Referral Rewards Program:

Definitions:

Referring Member: a current member, in good standing, with Patriot Mobile who refers new customers or returning members to Patriot Mobile.

Referred Member: an individual who is (a) a first-time customer with no past account history (“New Member”) or (b) a returning member with an inactive account for at least 6 months who was in good standing when the account was active (“Returning Member”). Collectively, New Member and Returning Member are referred to as Referred Member.  See Terms and Conditions to earn Referral Rewards below.

Referral Rewards: Refers to Referral Points(s) and/or Referral Credits(s).

Referral Point(s): Each Referral Point has a monetary value equal to $1. These Referral Points CAN BE accumulated. The Referring Member can use Referral Points to (a) purchase a device or accessory from Patriot Mobile or (b) apply towards outstanding invoices or upcoming balances due from Patriot Mobile.

Referral Credit(s): Referring Members can convert Referral Points to Referral Credits at any time by calling 972-PATRIOT.  Additionally, Referring Members can request that they earn Reward Credits instead of Referral Points going forward.  However, Referral Credits CANNOT BE accumulated and once received by the Referring Member will be applied as a credit to their account and then directly applied to any outstanding or upcoming balances due.

Service Plan(s): Voice, text and/or data service offerings to consumers described on the Patriot Mobile website: https://patriotmobile.com/shop/shopplans  

Terms and Conditions to earn Referral Rewards:

• To participate, a Referring Member must be a current Patriot Mobile member with an active account in good standing.
• For every Referred Member, a Referring Member will receive 100 Referral Points or $100 Reward Credit.
• A Referring Member will receive Referral Points. If the Referring Member would rather receive Referral Credits, then the member must call Patriot Mobile and opt out of Referral Points as their Referral Reward.
• Adding a line to an existing Account will not qualify for this Referral Rewards Program.
• The Referred Members’ account must be active for a minimum of thirty (30) days and be in good standing for the Referring Member to receive their Referral Rewards.
• During sign up, the Referred Member must select the referral source option: “Member Referral”, if signing up online, or provide to the Patrito Mobile agent at sign up the information that they are a “Member Referral”.
• The Referred Member must enter the current mobile number of the Patriot Mobile member who referred you in the “How did you hear about us” field during checkout if signing up online or provide the information of the member who referred them to Patriot Mobile to the agent during the sign up process.
• Referring Members will not receive Referral Rewards for any Referred Member who:
  • deactivates within the first 30 days of beginning service;
  • has deactivated their Patriot Mobile Account within the past six (6) months for any reason; or
  • has a deactivated Patriot Mobile Account at any time for non-payment
• The Referred Member must have a separate, unique email and service address from the Referring Member.
• Referrals must happen at the time of sign up of the Reffered Member or within the first billing cycle of the Referred Member beginning service. Referrals provided after the expiration of thirty (30) Days are not eligible for the Referral Credit.
• Each Referred Member will earn the Referring Member a $100 Referral Credit or 100 Referral Points.

Referral Credits & Referral Points:

Referral Rewards can be viewed and tracked via the  Patriot Mobile MyAccount or by calling Patriot Mobile Customer Operations at 972- PATRIOT (728-7468)​

Referral Rewards do not expire, have no cash value, and become null and void if the Referring Member closes their Patriot Mobile account.

Any referrals that took place prior to Launch Date are not eligible for this new Referral Rewards Program and the previous Terms and Conditions of the referral program apply to those referrals.
