Patriot Mobile joined the American Jewish Conservatives for “The Battle at Home’ event in North Texas on April 23. The evening focused on national security, immigration policy, religious extremism, preserving our Constitutional rights, and the future of Western values in the United States.
Held before an audience of everyday Texans, elected leaders, political activists and community leaders, the conference featured speeches from several conservative commentators, including a keynote address from world-renowned British conservative activist Tommy Robinson. Robinson has paid an unimaginable price for telling the truth: repeated arrests, asset freezes, business destruction, years in solitary confinement, family harassment, media demonization and multiple assassination attempts, all for the crime of loving his country and speaking the truth
Drawing heavily from his experiences in the United Kingdom, Robinson warned the audience about the consequences of unchecked mass immigration and what he described as the British government’s failure to confront rising violent crime, sexual exploitation scandals, and the growing influence of radical Islamist ideology. He cautioned that the United States is already beginning to face many of the same challenges and urged Americans to speak out and take action before it is too late.
“Fear is paralyzing,” Robinson told the crowd. “The fear of being called a racist and extremist paralyzed an entire nation’s men — not just the men, but the entire political class, and every police force up and down the country allowed rape, prostitution, murder, and torture of society’s most vulnerable people. That is what happens when you stay silent.”
“They make us feel like we are fringe,” Robinson said. “We are not fringe — we are the majority. They have had the majority scared to speak their opinion for 30 or 40 years, and that has led to the destruction of one of the most beautiful nations in the world.”
After years of sounding the alarm, the British people are rising up in response to growing concerns over immigration, national identity, and free speech. Robinson, founder of the nationalist and anti-Islamist English Defence League, led the “Unite the Kingdom” March on May 16 in London. Police estimated that around 60,000 people attended the march, making it one of the largest rallies in Britain in recent years.
The concerns discussed throughout the evening were not presented as distant international issues alone. Two students from Wylie East High School fearlessly took to the stage to inform the room of how they courageously stood up in February of this year when a pro-Islamic group was permitted to distribute Qurans, Islamic pamphlets, and hijabs on campus and even give hijab demonstrations at their public school during lunch.
One student described the experience as “alarming,” pointing to a pamphlet titled Understanding Sharia and stating plainly, “If you understand Sharia, you know that we don’t want that in Texas.” The other called the incident “a great example of how they are trying to indoctrinate the younger generation.” Their remarks grounded the evening in a local, real-world issue: one affecting students and families directly, and gave immediacy to the broader themes that followed.
One of the young men, Marco Hunter-Lopez, gave a powerful testimony of his experience on May 13 at the congressional hearing, “Sharia-Free America: Why Political Islam & Sharia Law are Incompatible with the U.S. Constitution: Part II.”
The evening concluded with a panel discussion on what action looks like moving forward. Congressman Chip Roy set the tone: “You can’t win a war that you don’t acknowledge exists.” Congressman Keith Self urged attendees to engage at the local level, warning, “The local level is where we are going to either fail or succeed.” Texas State Representative Brian Harrison called the moment “a battle for the future of Western civilization,” while stressing that meaningful change begins at the grassroots. Representative Brent Money closed by reminding the room that the challenges ahead are not only political, but spiritual.
Together, the speakers delivered a consistent message: confronting the forces reshaping America, whether in a Texas school or on a global stage, demands both principled leadership and active participation from everyday citizens.
From national leaders to local students willing to stand up and speak out, the evening reflected a shared commitment to protecting the values that define our nation. Patriot Mobile remains committed to supporting organizations and initiatives that uphold faith, freedom, and the Constitution — and to encouraging every American to stay informed and involved.
