On October 22, Patriot Mobile hosted the Texas screening of LINE IN THE SAND, investigative journalist James O’Keefe’s gripping new documentary about the corrupt illegal migrant system and unscrupulous deep state US forces funding it. The Southlake, Texas premiere played to a theater packed with north Texas community leaders as well as James O’Keefe himself.
In the movie, O’Keefe is seen riding Mexican freight trains, exploring cartel tunnels, and visiting U.S.-funded child detention camps, all while utilizing Patriot Mobile Global, the company’s international roaming plan. “In my line of work, staying connected is not only critical to getting the story, but it can also literally mean the difference between life and death,” said O’Keefe. “Patriot Mobile kept me, and my team connected in Mexico, Canada, and all across the United States.”
O’Keefe stayed after the movie to discuss the process of making the film and answered audience questions. He spoke sincerely about the need for Americans to understand the truth about human trafficking, drug smuggling, and the dangers threatening American citizens.
“Hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied children are missing after crossing into the United States, there’s a lot of money to be made trafficking these children…and law enforcement officers are processing them,” O’Keefe said. “Everything in the film is real… the little girls wandering the desert, the cartels threatening me, the guy committing fraud – those are real people. Nothing was scripted, nothing was planned,” he emphasized.
The screening captivated the audience, offering a raw and unfiltered look at the struggles and chaos happening at the U.S.-Mexico border. O’Keefe’s eye-witness account brings human stories behind the headlines to life, providing a shocking but truthful portrayal of the crisis that has far-reaching implications for America’s security and values.
Following the screening, attendees engaged in thought-provoking discussions during a Q&A session. Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn also addressed the crowd commending James for his courage in making this film and discussed how the border is affecting Tarrant County, the largest remaining red county in the nation.
“On any given month I’ve got hundreds of illegal aliens in the Tarrant County jail, many of them for sexual assault of children,” Waybourn said. “We’ve got to take our country back and secure our border.”
The evening concluded with a heartfelt moment of prayer. Patriot Mobile CEO, Glenn Story, called attendees to the front of the theater to pray over O’Keefe, the documentary, and our country.
