Winner Details: Patriot Mobile, America’s only Christian conservative cell phone service company is giving away to a total of four (4) prizes in the form of two winners per day, on Friday & Saturday, December 19-20, 2025, chosen via a random drawing at the “America Fest 2025” event. Prizes are a new free iPhone 17 Proor six (6) months of free Patriot Mobile service (22GB maximum) service plan (referred to as “Prize”) from Patriot Mobile. A winner be will chosen once time per day for each Prize:
Promotion Payment – Free iPhone 17 Pro (Prize 1): The device, if on Patriot Mobile wireless service, will be billed to the customer in 12 monthly installments with an equal monthly credit applied against the installment for each month of winner’s contract.
Promotional Service (Data) Plan (Prize 2): The winner of the free six (6) months of service will receive a maximum data plan of 22GB during the free contract period of six (6) months. Winner can choose their data plan from those available at Patriot Mobile. After the six (6) months of service, the winner will be responsible for the monthly service charges for the monthly service plan chosen
Taxes: Winner will be responsible for paying all taxes on the retail value of the iPhone 17 256 GB (MSRP $1,119). If on Patriot Mobile’s service plan, then taxes are billed in equal, monthly increments for the duration of the 12-month contract.
Activation Fee: Winner will not be required to pay a $30 activation fee per line of service. Patriot Mobile will pay the Activation fee for the new line of service for the winner of the iPhone 17 Pro or the 6 months of free service.
SIM: Patriot Mobile will pay any SIM fee per the line of service for either Prize.
Eligibility: To qualify, participants must complete the landing page form with accurate contact information during the specified date range. Patriot Mobile’s IT systems is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period (by 7pmMST on Saturday, December 20). Entries become the property of Patriot Mobile and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sweepstakes is hosted on the Patriot Mobile website located at https://patriotmobile.com/partners/amfest25, the “Site”, which is owned and operated by Patriot Mobile. You will be entering your information on the site.
Selection of Winner: Selection of Winner: Patriot Mobile will select a total of 4 winners. Two (2) winners each day on Friday, December 19 and Saturday, December 20, for a total of four (4) winners from a random drawing from all eligible Entries received at the “AmFest 2025” event. Winners must NOT present at the drawing to receive the iPhone 17 Pro or the Six (6) months of free service (22GB maximum).

Winner must NOT be present at the time of drawing to be eligible to win either Prize. The winners (2) of the iPhone 17 Pro will be mailed to the winner after being contacted and confirmed. The decisions and actions of the Patriot Mobile shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. The Winner will be notified by phone, email and/or text. Only one entry will be accepted per person. You may not enter more times than allowed by using multiple email addresses. Each Winner must possess and present a valid form of picture identification showing an appropriate birth date that is acceptable to Patriot Mobile for verification before the Prize is awarded.
Rights Granted to Patriot Mobile; Publicity: By participating, you grant Patriot Mobile permission to use your name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Each Winner also agrees that their name and Prize value may be made public by Patriot Mobile.
All Prizes are awarded “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. No substitutions of Prizes are permitted; however, Patriot Mobile reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal or greater value. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SUCH WINNER. The Winner of a Prize may be issued an IRS Form 1099 which documents the value of the Prize for tax purposes.
