Winner Details: Patriot Mobile, America’s only Christian conservative cell phone company, is giving away to one winner chosen via a random drawing at the “Rise-Up Con” event a new free iPhone 16 along with three (3) months of free service (22GB maximum) service plan from Patriot Mobile.
Data Plan Requirement: The winner is required to subscribe to and will receive a data plan of 22GB maximum during the free contract period of three (3) months. Any increase in the data plan by the winner will be the responsibility of the winner to pay on a month-to-month basis to Patriot Mobile.
Promotion Payment – Free iPhone 16: The device will be billed to the customer in 12 monthly installments with an equal monthly credit applied against the installment for each month of the winner’s contract.
Promotional Payment – Three (3) Months of Service: The plan chosen by the winner, 22GB maximum, will be billed to the customer in three (3) monthly installments with an equal monthly credit applied against the installment for each month of the winner’s contract. After the three (3) months of service, the winner will be responsible for the monthly service charges for the monthly service plan chosen.
Taxes: Winner will be responsible for paying all taxes on the retail value of the iPhone 16 128 GB (MSRP $849), billed in equal, monthly increments for the duration of the 12-month contract.
Activation Fee: Winner will not be required to pay a $30 activation fee per line of service. Patriot Mobile will pay the activation fee for the new line of service.
SIM: Patriot Mobile will pay any SIM fee per the line of service.
Eligibility: To qualify, participants must complete the landing page form with accurate contact information during the specified date range. Patriot Mobile’s IT system is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries become the property of Patriot Mobile and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sweepstakes is hosted on the Patriot Mobile website located at https://patriotmobile.com/partners/riseup, the “Site”, which is owned and operated by Patriot Mobile. You will be entering your information on the site.
Selection of Winner: Patriot Mobile will select one (1) winner from a random drawing from all eligible entries received at the “Rise-Up Con” event. Winner must NOT be present at the drawing to receive the iPhone 16 and three (3) months of free service (22GB maximum). Patriot Mobile will select one winner on Sunday, June 29th at approximately 3:00 PM CST from the entries submitted from Friday, June 27 – Sunday, June 29. The iPhone 16 will be mailed to the winner after being contacted and confirmed. The decisions and actions of Patriot Mobile shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or text. Each winner must possess and present a valid form of picture identification showing an appropriate birth date that is acceptable to Patriot Mobile for verification before the prize is awarded.
Rights Granted to Patriot Mobile; Publicity: By participating, you grant Patriot Mobile permission to use your name, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Each winner also agrees that their name and prize value may be made public by Patriot Mobile.
